Casey manages content development, thought leadership and innovation for our flagship consumer insights service and supports business development and relationship management of subscriber base.
“My job is to tell brilliant, compelling, credible stories in a variety of creatively intelligent formats—from presentations and webinars to interactive microsites and prose narratives—that help our clients better understand the U.S. consumer marketplace and to profit from the changes within it, both now and in the future,” he says of his role.
Casey’s role in product management was preceded by his time on the Advisory Services team where he developed relationships with a variety of clients in industries ranging from CPG and retail to financial services and healthcare. His areas of expertise include generational marketing, ethnic and total marketing, and consumer psychology.
He holds an MA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lives in Hillsborough, North Carolina with his wife and son.
