As Vice President and Associate Head of Insights Integration, Colleen leads much of the consulting work focused on linking Kantar Futures’ research insights and syndicated segmentations to client transactional databases. Clients benefit from her expertise in leveraging these insights into actionable strategies to grow and retain customers.
Colleen has led direct and database marketing initiatives as a practitioner and as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries, including healthcare, insurance, retail, CPG, telecommunications, and the not-for-profit sector. She has particular expertise in evaluating clients’ readiness to expand or maximize data-driven marketing to acquire, grow and retain profitable customer relationships.
She was a Senior Vice President at KnowledgeBase Marketing Group, a leading provider of integrated database marketing services and managed direct marketing programs at Sara Lee Direct. She was also a Senior Vice President of Clarity Group, a CRM and management consulting firm specializing in non-profit and faith-based organizations.
She has an MBA from the Kenan Flagler School of Business at Chapel Hill, North Carolina and a bachelor’s degree from Bates College.
