Steve is EVP, Insights Integration at Kantar Futures, and he specializes in developing client-specific consumer insights by combining and applying information from Kantar Futures’ research studies with client data to develop and implement marketing strategies.
In this role, Steve helps clients understand how applying knowledge of their customer’s core values, attitudes and lifestyles can help to define how to engage today’s valuable customers—and translate these into longer-term, more profitable relationships through improved targeting and messaging. He provides clients with strategic and tactical guidance on how to best deploy attitudinal insights to achieve specific business goals.
Before joining Kantar Futures, Steve worked in consumer marketing for BellSouth. He led the development of consumer segmentations used to identify current and potential customer value by directly addressing consumer needs in a segmented way. These efforts led to the development of product bundling, advertising and distribution strategies designed to grow and retain customers. Steve also applied a strategic approach and a focus on identifying and growing customer value in a variety of consumer marketing functions including Direct Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, and Product Management.
Steve earned his MBA with a Finance concentration from Boston College and a degree in Mass Communication from Florida State University.
